Key duties and responsibilities
- We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will help recruit, support, counsel, and develop talent;
- Should be open to experience i.e. eager to learn, creative, welcoming to new ideas, etc.
- Should be a committed and approachable individual;
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures;
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues;
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements;
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance;
- The minimum level of experience as an administrator or HR officer required is less than 2 months to 1 year in a busy office and an age limit of 21-30 years of age preferably female.
Skills required for this role
- Good communication skills, honesty, trustworthiness, and good interpersonal skills.
- Good Excel and computer skills.
