We are seeking skilled and experienced Painters to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth, even finish. The ideal candidates will have experience with painting, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently.
Responsibilities:
– Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using rollers, brushes, and sprayers
– Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, filling holes, and cleaning
– Apply primer and multiple coats of paint to achieve desired color and finish
– Work efficiently to meet deadlines
– Maintain a safe and clean work environment
– Follow safety protocols when working with ladders, scaffolding, and chemicals
– Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure successful project completion
Requirements:
– Experience with painting and surface preparation
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to work efficiently
– Physical stamina to lift and carry materials
– Knowledge of safety protocols
– High school certificate or equivalent is desirable
Nice to Have:
– Experience with other finishing trades (e.g., drywall, trim work)
– Knowledge of different types of paint and their uses
– Certification in a related trade
Work Environment:
– Work on construction sites or on a farm
– Physical demands of the job include lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods
Salary: UGX 500,000/month & Lunch provided by the client
