Job Summary:
We seek driven and results-oriented Motor Lubricants Sales Representatives to promote and sell our lubricant products to automotive customers, garages, and service stations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
2. Build relationships with existing customers.
3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
4. Meet or exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge:
1. Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications.
2. Provide technical support to customers.
Customer Service:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
2. Resolve customer complaints.
Administrative:
1. Maintain sales records and reports.
2. Manage sales territory.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of sales experience (lubricants or automotive industry preferred).
2. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Technical knowledge of lubricants and automotive systems.
2. Experience with CRM software.
3. Industry certifications (e.g., Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)).
