Position OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and ambitious Marketing Representative who is eager to grow into an Office Administrator role within our fast-growing recruitment start-up.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys marketing, social media, and people engagement — and is ready to take on more office responsibilities as they grow.
You’ll start with marketing-focused tasks and gradually transition into a broader administrative position. 

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Responsibilities (Primary Role)
Assist in planning and executing recruitment marketing campaigns.
Create and post engaging content for social media (jobs, updates, tips, announcements).
Engage with job seekers, clients, and partner agencies.
Design simple marketing materials (flyers, posters, social media graphics).
Manage online job listings and promote vacancies on various platforms.
Support lead generation and follow up with potential clients & companies.
Conduct basic market and competitor research to help identify new opportunities.
2. Office Administration (Secondary — Growth Path)As you grow in the role, you will gradually handle:
Responding to phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
Organizing candidate files and updating documentation.
Scheduling interviews, meetings, and agency appointments.
Assisting in preparing reports, letters, and basic office communication.
Supporting HR in candidate coordination and follow-ups.
Helping manage office supplies, petty cash, and simple bookkeeping tasks.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and teamwork across departments.
What You Need
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Strong interest in both marketing and office administration.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.).
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and grow into a broader administrative role.
