Job Summary:
Operate a backhoe loader to perform various tasks such as excavation, loading, and digging on construction, landscaping, or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate backhoe loader safely and efficiently.
2. Perform pre-operational checks and maintenance tasks.
3. Dig foundations, trenches, and excavations.
4. Load materials (dirt, gravel, sand) into trucks or containers.
5. Assist with demolition, excavation, and grading.
6. Collaborate with other equipment operators and crew members.
7. Follow safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment (backhoe loader preferred).
2. Valid driving license
3. Physical stamina for long hours and manual labor.
4. Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
