Key Duties and Responsibilities

• He/ She should be able to read through or listens to material in one language ie English, ascertains understanding of the meaning and context of that material, and converts it into a second language i.e. Chinese, making sure to preserve the original meaning of the communication;
• Consults with subject matter experts and other colleagues in order to understand specialized concepts and translate them appropriately;
• Translates a variety of documents including literary, legal, research, technical and commercial materials;
• Having lived in any Chinese state province is an added advantage;
• The minimum level of experience required is 0-1 year of experience in working as a Chinese translator and age limit of 21-35 years;
