Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service and Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle sales inquiries, and perform administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide product/service information to customers.
Sales Administration
1. Handle sales inquiries and follow up on leads.
2. Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry.
3. Maintain sales records and reports.
Administrative Tasks
1. Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
3. Provide support to the sales and customer service teams.
Requirements
1. 1-2 years of experience in customer service and sales administration.
2. Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
