We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Mechanics to join our team. As a Trainee Mechanic, you will assist experienced mechanics in the repair and maintenance of vehicles, while learning and developing your skills in the trade.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Assist experienced mechanics in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles.
2. Learn and develop skills in vehicle repair, maintenance, and diagnostics.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
4. Assist with vehicle inspections and prepare reports on vehicle condition.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
6. Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
7. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve workshop goals and objectives.
*Requirements*
1. Completion of a relevant automotive qualification (e.g., Certificate in Automotive Mechanics or related course.
2. Strong passion for the automotive industry and desire to learn.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and tools.
