Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced motorcycle riders to join our sales team. As Field Sales Riders, you will be responsible for traveling to various locations to promote and sell our products, build customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
– Ride a motorcycle to designated areas to meet customers and make sales
– Promote and sell our products to existing and potential customers
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities
– Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
– Submit daily sales reports and feedback to management
Requirements:
– Valid motorcycle driving permit of class A or class B
– Proven sales experience (preferably in a field sales role)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Time management skills
– Familiarity with the local terrain and road network
– Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Salary: UGX 464,615 per month
