Job Summary:

The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes and activities. This role assists with recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and other HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:
– Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
– Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments.
2. Employee Onboarding:
– Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and documentation.
– Ensure new hires complete necessary paperwork and orientation.
3. Benefits Administration:
– Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
– Respond to employee benefits-related inquiries.
4. Employee Relations:
– Provide support for employee relations issues and conflicts.
– Assist with investigations and resolution processes.
5. HR Administration:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
– Prepare and submit HR reports and metrics.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
2. 1-2 years of HR related experience.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
