Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Bar, Restaurant, Lodges and Gardens. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. *Customer Service*: Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all patrons, responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns.
2. *Staff Management*: Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure high levels of productivity, efficiency, and customer service.
3. *Operations Management*: Oversee the daily operations of the Bar, Restaurant, and Gardens, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
4. *Inventory Management*: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and stock as needed to maintain efficient operations.
5. *Financial Management*: Monitor and control expenses, manage budgets, and optimize revenue streams.
6. *Marketing and Promotion*: Assist with marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
7. *Maintenance and Upkeep*: Ensure the Bar, Restaurant, and Gardens are maintained to high standards, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
Requirements
1. *Experience*: Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry.
2. *Qualifications*: Hospitality management degree or certification, or equivalent experience.
3. *Skills*: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
4. *Knowledge*: Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, customer service, and staff management.
Desirable Qualifications
1. *Certifications*: Certification in hospitality management, customer service, or a related field.
2. *Experience with Point-of-Sale Systems*: Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
3. *Knowledge of Local Regulations*: Knowledge of local health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and other relevant regulations.
