*Key Responsibilities* :
Support daily operations within Business Support Systems
Provide first-level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues
Monitor system performance, prepare reports, and maintain documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient service delivery
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Computing, Telecommunications, or related field
Knowledge of Business Support Systems and IT operations is desirable
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Good communication & teamwork abilities
