Job Summary:
We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Beverage Sales Manager to join our team and help drive our sales growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and leading our sales efforts to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives
– Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers
– Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and development to ensure sales targets are met
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
– Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance
– Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in beverage sales, preferably in soft drinks & energy drinks
– Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the beverage industry and market trends
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
– Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
– Ability to work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment with a high level of adaptability
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Nice to Have:
– Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
– Knowledge of sales analytics and performance metrics
– Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., CPM, CPSM)
